Access to the Clinic
Internal diseases service
is on the C block, 8th floor. Our clinic has 3 sub-departments as internal
diseases service 1, internal diseases service 2, internal diseases service 3;
each having 20 patient beds.
General Information
There are 13 polyclinics in
our clinic. There are 15 double rooms and 30 single rooms belonging to the
internal diseases service. There are 60 beds in total.
General Internal diseases
is a discipline that forms the basis of all clinical branches of medicine. It
examines the internal organ systems of individuals who have past childhood. It
provides diagnosis and treatment services related to function disorders of the
organs belonging to this system. In addition, it directs and raises awareness
of every individual about measures to be taken to protect himself / herself
from illnesses.
Staff Information
Our clinic has an
internal diseases specialist on duty for 24 hours; and 27 nurses, 9 cleaning
staff, 2 transporting staff, 1 floor secretary and 1 supervisor nurse.

-RHEUMATIC DISEASES
-LUNG DISEASES (ASTHMA,
COPD)
-IRON, B12, FOLIC ACID, VITAMIN
C DEFICIENCIES
-PANCREATITIS, ETC.
-With these diagnoses,
our patients are hospitalized in our clinic.
ABOUT THE CLINIC
OPERATION PROCESS:
Our goal is to provide
the highest level of patient care in the light of current scientific evidences.
- When the patient who has been examined by our
specialist doctor in our clinic is decided to be hospitalized,
- The physician writes the patient's medication
order to the patient's file.
- If there are any
examinations and consultations s/he needs, s/he writes them in the patient file
and sends them to the floor secretary.
-The floor secretary
directs the patient to the clinic, to which s/he is decided to be hospitalized,
by registering the patient file.
-The nurse who receives
the case decides the patient's bed and takes the patient to the bed.
-The nurse takes all the
patient’s consents and consequently gives related educations to him/her.
-The nurse carries out
the examination and consultation procedures that the physician has requested.
-Carries out all patient
care plans according to the needs of the patient.
-Diabetes patients in our
clinic are given 1 month of diabetes education. Participants are given a
Diploma in School of Diabetes.
-The clean-up, food
distribution and patient handling and referral services are provided by a
private company. The supervision of the services provided by these persons is
carried out by the Supervisor Nurse and the Internal Diseases Clinical Supervisor
Physician.
